Vacuum Excavator
500 Gallon Spoil Tank | 1,025 CFM Vacuum | 4" Hose | 3,000 psi Pump
The VX50 series is a powerful and productive vacuum excavator, equipped with a 4-in suction hose and 1,025-cfm blower. It is extremely useful for production pothole applications and drill fluid management. This third-generation vacuum excavator features a 49-hp Tier 4 Final Kubota diesel engine and is available with a 500-gal debris tank.
Features:
In-tank washdown - Delivers a high-pressure water spray to the tank interior, helping to simultaneously dump material and clean the inside of the tank. Minimizes cleanup time and helps remove difficult debris.
Three-stage cyclonic filtration - Engineered to help prolong filter and blower life, the system is suitable for wet and dry applications. The cyclones use a tuned vortex system in which the outer vortex spiral forces small particles to fall into a separate canister. The filtered stream then passes up through the inner cyclone tube and is carried to the final poly filter.
Cam-over rear door - Provides a 360-degree positive seal, even under reverse pressure without additional clamping requirements. The highly reliable cam-over door has no in-tank moving parts, so all maintenance is external.
Remote drains - Remote fluid drains and grease points are centrally-located near operator controls for ease of service.
Auto-belt tensioners - Keeps proper belt tensions at all times and helps extend belt life.
No hassle hose - Hang the suction hose on the side of the machine when moving between jobsites instead of coiling or disconnecting it, optimizing productivity.
