The HyPerforma 250L Single-Use Bioreactor (S.U.B.) is a GMP-ready, stirred-tank bioreactor system designed to deliver maximum flexibility and scalability for biologics production. Built with a 5:1 turndown ratio, this bioreactor allows operation from 50L to 250L volumes, minimizing seed transfers and reducing disposable use.
This unit features a jacketed stainless-steel tank, magnetically coupled agitation, and compatibility with open-architecture or turnkey control systems (e.g., DeltaV, Allen-Bradley, Siemens). It includes ports for multiple probes, dual gas spargers (cross-flow and drilled-hole), and optional accessories for enhanced process control.
