    Beschreibung

    Premium fully galvanised container mobile wet batching plant with 2,500 litre BHS twin-shaft mixer and a maximum theoretical output of 80m³/hour. In line 128m3 4 bin system with a capacity of 32m3 per bin. 8 (2 per bin) hydraulically operated discharge gates feeding onto 3,500kg weighing belt. Aggregates transported by inclined conveyor belt into 2,500 litre BHS DKX twin-shaft mixer with 1.67m3 wet concrete output per batch, high pressure fully automatic cleaning system. 25 litre additive and 350 litre water weighing system, 750kg cement weigh hopper, integrated access staircase and all necessary ancillary accessories. 30’ container cabin split with one side housing 4 x 1,500 litre admixture tanks c/w pumps, the other side a batch cabin. Plant automation supplied to customer requirements. Complete plant galvanised and containerised for ease of installation and protection of equipment from the elements. Other bin configurations and mixer sizes available. With full warranty.
